What's Your Stress Sign?
Check
out our “Stress-O-scope”.
It allows you to pinpoint your stress problem
or problems so you can get clear-cut solutions.
A one-size fits-all
view of stress is inadequate. We want you to get
what you need for your particular life situation.
That way we can help you get the relief
you need. As quickly as possible. |
|
There are different kinds of stress. Depending on
two things:
What’s causing
your stress, and what’s your
unique reaction to stress hormones.
For example, I might have
a lot of work stress, but no relationship stress. You
might have no work stress, but a good deal of relationship
stress.
Or we both might have a lot
of relationship stress—but we may respond differently.
I could be an immune system
responder to stress hormones. Under chronic stress,
I might get a lot of colds, colds that linger for weeks.
Or I could develop an autoimmune problem, such as arthritis
or allergies.
You might have no problem
at all with colds etc. Instead, you could be a cardiovascular
responder. Stress hormones could elevate your blood
pressure or cause your heart to beat irregularly.
So while all stress shares
common elements and it’s not unusual to find that
you fit into more than one Stressoscope category—look
carefully to see which one or two best fits your stress
situation.
That’s a strong first
step to getting what you need.

Aging
and Stress |
 |
Does
the face you've been looking at in the mirror lately appear
to be aging F-A-S-T?
Do you look more tired and feel more tired than you want
to?
We now know that stress
hormones trigger rapid aging. By damaging our
DNA—the foundation of life. Consider how most
presidents look when they begin their presidency. Compared
with how they look when they end it.
Do you want to make
sure that you don't age prematurely? So you can
be, feel and look your
best—throughout your lifespan? |
Cardio
Stress |
 |
Is
your heart under strain?
Is your blood pressure high? When you're stressed out,
does your heart beat fast and strong?
Chronic mental stress and stress
hormones can be a huge risk factor for cardiovascular
disease (High Blood Pressure and Heart Disease).
More of a risk than many others more commonly known.
Including smoking, poor diet, and high cholesterol.
For nearly half
of the people with cardio
disease— their
first warning sign is—sudden
death. You don't need to be one of them. |
|
Do you want to prevent cardio disease? And avoid
the pain, suffering and limitation of stress-related
stroke and heart attack?
Daily
Life Stress |
 |
Is
the routine of daily life just wearing
you out? Do you often feel used up and exhausted?
Daily life can be
extremely demanding. Money
pressures, time pressures, traffic, responsibilities
and obligations etc.—can burn
you out. And stress
hormones triggered by daily life can leave you
stuck in a vicious cycle.
One that's hard to recover from.
Do you want to learn
how to brush off daily life stress? And to recharge
and feel better again? More in control like you used
to feel—with more energy and more enthusiasm for
life? |
Depression
and Stress |
 |
Do
you often feel sad, discouraged and down in the dumps?
Has your life lost some of the bright colors that used
to turn you on?
Most depression is not an illness. Stress and depression
are often two sides of the same coin. New research shows
that powerful stress hormones trigger depression
Would you like to learn how to get powerful relief
from stress-driven depression?
Without risking your health?

Infertility
and Stress |
 |
Are
you frustrated because you
can't get pregnant? Even after trying again and
again? Including trying rounds of infertility work?
New infertility research shows that stress
hormones can bring about infertility—in both women
and men. And the more anxious and worried you
and your partner get about conceiving—the more
likely stress hormones will interfere with your sperm
and egg production.
Do you want to learn how to make
sure that stress hormones don't ruin your chances to
have a baby? |
Job
Stress |
 |
Does
your job stress you out? If yes, you're not alone. Job
stress is the single
major source of stress for American adults. Almost
half say their job is extremely stressful.
Job stress increases
your risk for serious illness, including heart
attacks and high blood pressure. And it's closely
linked to marital and
family problems. More than any other source of
stress.
Would you like to learn
how to get free from job stress? So you can protect
your health and personal life? And feel
better again? |

Menopause
Stress |
 |
Do
you have stressful menopause
problems? Such as hot
flashes, weight gain, trouble sleeping, dry vagina, loss
of sexual desire and/or others?
These problems are signs that you're
in hormone imbalance. And that you may be caught
in a stress hormone soaked Menopause Vicious Cycle.
Menopause is a stage of
life, not a medical condition. Be cautious about
taking synthetic hormones. They can cause cancer, heart
disease and stroke.
Do you want to learn how to balance
your hormones using powerful—yet safe— strategies?
So you can feel better and breeze through menopause
as a life passage? |
